WIM DE VYLDER

Wim is an accomplished management consultant with excellent business acumen and specialist skills in strategy, governance, corporate finance, innovation and leadership coaching. His career includes roles guiding private and public organisations through periods of significant change and growth, including start-ups, turn arounds, mergers, public offerings, governance structures, major commercial contracts and business diversification. Early in his career he was Commercial Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation who were appointed as the principal consultant to establish the IT environment of the then newly established Optus telecommunications. He was CFO and General Manger Facilities at Stadium Australia for the construction, commercialisation and Olympic overlay of the Olympic stadium. He was CEO of the ASX listed entity Cranswick Premium Wines Limited and the unlisted public entity, Permo-drive Limited. During the past 7 years Wim has provided consulting services to his clients including: Peddle Thorp Architects, Jade Engineering Pty Ltd, Body Science Pty Ltd, Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB), Gold Coast Titans, Pan pharmaceuticals and a number of start-up organisations. As Chief Operating Officer, Wim provides leadership on a range of strategy, commercial, financial and organisational management functions within Peddle Thorp. Wim is Chairman of Jade Engineering Pty Ltd and a Director of ASSOB Limited.
