Peddle Thorp was engaged by the building owner to convert 2 car parking spaces into a functional on trend coffee shop for leasing out to a potential operator. After the concept was created a local business man, Shane Pue, who was already a coffee shop owner quickly showed interest and had a lot of operational input which was incorporated into the design.

Upon further investigations the site needed a lot more than just a coffee machine and some table seating. The site proved to be difficult due to flood levels and fire sprinklers, but also had its advantages like its location.

The real hero of the interior design is the slab of Marvino Polished Quarts used for the feature bench. This material provides the visual effect which catches the eye of passing traffic.
