TESS GRACE

Tess Grace joined Peddle Thorp in 2022 with over 8 years of experience within North Queensland’s architecture industry with extensive experience across large scale, complex projects across Government, Health, Civic, Defence and Education sectors. Based in Townsville, she has led the design and delivery of numerous local projects, including the award-winning The Oasis Townsville.

Tess is skilled in all phases of project delivery with strengths in consultation and coordination. She strives for effective engagement with all clients, stakeholders, and the consultant team, building rapport with all team members, crucial to the success of delivering projects.

Committed to the continued advocacy of architecture, Tess contributes to the profession locally and nationally. She has undertaken various volunteer roles for the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) and most recently the Property Council of Australia. Tess also provides support and mentorship to architectural graduates in the region, passionate about the ongoing progression and development of emerging architects in North Queensland.
