The HSN Education & Training Facility is a 4 storey purpose built building for training of medical staff. HSN have located their corporate offices and meeting rooms on the Lower Ground Floor level and the Ground Floor houses the main Education and Training spaces.

The training floor houses two separate Two-Bed Ward Room Simulation Suites (with associated Control Room), a Lecture Theatre, study room, flexible tutorial rooms and two Seminar Rooms fitted with operable walls for flexibility, that enable the rooms to be opened into the large breakout space to create a 200m² area for Function capability seating up to 88 guests. This floor also has a Reheat Kitchen which allows internal catering.
