Stage 4 of the development of MacKillop Catholic College, which incorporates the second phase of the Senior College and further expansion of the Junior College, including the following buildings and site works:

• Extension of Administration Block (A Block)
• Phase 2 of the new Year 4-6 Block (G Block) - 8 x GLA & under covered area
• New Secondary Block K – Dance, Music Drama and Hospitality/ Home Economics
• Existing Block K - Refurbishment of 3x Specialist Learning Areas
• Extension of Block L – New Specialist Learning Area and PE Store
• Extension of Block E – New PE Store + Student Amenities
• All associated Landscaping & Site Works


The project can be considered a success in terms of delivering to the Brief, and the College are very pleased with the outcome. From the environmental design and sustainability side, project outcomes can be considered reasonable with a number of the objectives dropping away due to the cost. Fortunately due to their nature, there remains the potential to subsequently add these objectives back in should the funds become available.
