Peddle Thorp were commissioned to develop a brief, design, and document the building for relocation of 16th Brigade Army Aviation unit and the consolidation of the Defence Material Organization Project Office for the new Multi-Role Helicopter acquisition and implementation program. Whilst designed to accommodate the specific requirements of the two organizations, the building is flexible in its planning and arrangement. Several spaces including meeting/ conference/ communication rooms have prescribed security ratings requiring specialized construction
