This refinery office building is a 3 storey purpose built structure. The 4500m2 floor area accommodates over 300 staff, 40 meeting spaces plus associated, breakout, kitchen and support areas. Each floor is characterised by its unique colour scheme which is reflective of the company’s culture and branding. The colour identity is incorporated through the flooring, signage and wall finishes, all these items help define strong branding and ensures that no space is ever the same. Each floor is also defined by its own distinctive graphic that portrays key organisational objectives.
